Changes (or deletions) cannot be made at e-Tax, tax offices, pension offices, Pension Consultation Center on the Street Corner, etc.
Please go to Mynaportal or a financial institute to change (or cancel) your public money receiving account registration.
If you wish to change your bank account, please do so at the bank that manages the new bank account you wish to register as a public money receiving account.
If you wish to change your deposit / savings account registered as a public money receiving account to a deposit / savings account at another banking institution, please follow the procedures at the banking institution of the new account.
