JP PINT

日本におけるデジタルインボイスの標準仕様（JP PINT）を管理しています。

概要

デジタル庁は、日本のPeppol Authority（PA）として、グローバルな標準仕様である「Peppol（ペポル）」をベースとした日本におけるデジタルインボイスの標準仕様（JP PINT）の管理等を行っています。

（参考）「Peppol」とは、電子文書をネットワーク上でやり取りするための「文書仕様」「ネットワーク」「運用ルール」に関するグローバルな標準仕様です。国際的な非営利組織である「OpenPeppol 」という団体により管理されています。デジタル庁は、2021年9月より、OpenPeppolのメンバーとして活動しています。

日本企業がPeppol Service Providerの認定を受けるためには、まず、OpenPeppolのメンバーシップを取得する必要があります。

Peppol Service Providerの認定等手続について

日本におけるPeppol Certified Service Providerの認定等を受けるに際しては、下記のPASR（PA Specific Requirements）の内容を理解し、遵守する必要があります。
A service provider who wishes to become a Peppol Certified Service Provider in Japan must understand the Japan PASR and complain to it.

【日本企業】
日本企業がPeppol Service Providerの認定を受けるためには、下記のGuidance Noteに従った手続を完了させる必要があります。その際、Peppol Service Provider Agreementの内容を必ず事前に確認してください。

【International Accredited Peppol Certified Service Provider】
An International Accredited Peppol Certified Service Provider who wishes to provide Peppol service in Japan must complete the Acknowledgement Process defined in the Guidance Note.

2024年6月1日、デジタル庁は、以下のとおりJP PINTの仕様を更新・公表しました。

  • Standard Invoice JP PINT Ver. 1.0.3に更新・公表
  • JP BIS Self Billing Invoice Ver. 1.0.1に更新・公表
  • JP BIS Invoice for Non-tax Registered Businesses Ver. 1.0.1に更新・公表

On June 1st, 2024, Digital Agency updated and published Standard Invoice JP PINT to Ver. 1.0.3, JP BIS Self Billing Invoice to Ver. 1.0.1 and JP BIS Invoice for Non-tax Registered Businesses to Ver. 1.0.1.

2024年3月6日、デジタル庁は、認定・了承手続を完了した日本におけるPeppol Service Providerを更新しました。
