2. Overview
Classification of clerical work
Under the system, office work to be jointly processed is classified by administrative field, such as welfare, education and disaster prevention.
Number of clerical work
The number of prefectures and municipalities to which administrative work belongs is counted. For example, when City A and City B entrust administrative work related to X and administrative work related to Y to City C, two cities, City A and City B, to which the administrative work belongs, entrust two kinds of administrative work. Therefore, the number of cases is counted as four.
