2025 Regular Service (High School Graduates)
Public office visits (employment interviews) will be held for those who have passed the first stage examination for the "Administrative Work Kanto-Koshinetsu", "Technical Work Kanto-Koshinetsu", "Agricultural and Civil Engineering", and "Forest Industry" categories of the 2025 national government officer Recruitment Examination for General Service Employees (examination for high school graduates). Please be sure to visit the government office as this is a process for obtaining an informal job offer from a desired ministry.
Reservations are required in order to participate in the visit to the government offices in Digital Agency. For information on how to make reservations, please see " 4. How to make reservations for a visit ".
1. Schedule
- Visit to government offices: October 9 (Thu), 10 (Fri) and 14 (Tue), 2025
- The ban on informal job offers is lifted: November 18, 2025 (Tue) after 9 a.m.

2. Eligible Persons
Students who passed the first examination of the Administrative Service Kanto Koshinetsu, Technical Service Kanto Koshinetsu, Agricultural and Civil Engineering, and Forestry divisions of the Administrative Service Examination for national government officer (examination for high school graduates) in the 2025 academic year
3. Implementation Method
In principle, visits to government offices for the Examination for General Service (Examination for High School Graduates) will be conducted face-to-face.
However, for those who are unable to attend in person due to circumstances, such as those living in remote areas, the event will be held online. When the event is held online, Microsoft Teams will be used. Please prepare the terminals and communication environment at the visitor's end. The terminals for connection are not limited to PCs, and tablets and smartphones may be used. Visitors will be notified separately about the Teams meeting information used when visiting government offices.
4. How to make an appointment
In order to participate in a visit to a government office, it is necessary to "① Make a visit reservation" and "② Submit an entry sheet."
- Acceptance period
- If you wish to visit on Thursday, October 9, 2025: Monday, October 6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to Wednesday, October 8, 2019 at 15:00 p.m.
- For Friday, October 10, 2025 and Tuesday, October 14, 2025: Monday, October 6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to Thursday, October 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.

The link to the reservation form will be posted on this page on Friday, October 3.
After the reception starts, please enter your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and other necessary information in the reservation reception form and send it.
*If you would like to visit online, please select "I would like to visit online" on the reservation form and fill in the reason. - Submission of Entry Sheet
After "① Visit Reservation" is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered to notify you of the submission of the entry sheet. You can complete the submission by attaching the entry sheet to the e-mail you receive and replying to it. Download the entry sheet below and fill it out.- Entry Sheet (Word / 41 kb)
*Please use "[Name] Entry Sheet" as the file name and submit it in Word format without converting it to PDF, etc.
* The visit reservation will be completed with "① Visit reservation" and "② Submission of entry sheet". The date of participation will be notified individually to the e-mail address entered in the reservation reception form by 19:00 on the business day before the visit date.
