Employees at the assistant director level and unit chief level (General Service equivalent) who are in charge of administrative work related to the administration of the Digital Agency are recruited.

Job Description
You will be involved in the implementation of administrative affairs related to Digital Agency administration.
Concretely, employees are assigned to one of the following four groups of projects, and undergo job rotation every few years.

Eligibility
Assistant Director level (General Service equivalent)
Applicants must have graduated from a university, junior college, college of technology or senior high school, or have equivalent academic qualifications. Applicants must have a certain level of work experience (at least 16 years for university graduates, 19 years for junior college and college of technology graduates, and 21 years for senior high school graduates at the time of application).
Unit chief level (general service equivalent)
Applicants must have graduated from a university, junior college, college of technology or high school, or have equivalent academic qualifications. Applicants must have a certain level of work experience (at least 8 years for university graduates, at least 11 years for junior college and college of technology graduates, and at least 13 years for high school graduates at the time of application).

Submission of Certificate of Employment
In order to confirm whether or not such qualifications are met, the final successful candidate will be asked to submit a Certificate of Employment, etc. Please note that the period during which the Certificate of Employment, etc. cannot be submitted will not be included in the work experience. In addition, if the Certificate of Employment, etc. cannot be submitted or if a Certificate of Employment, etc. containing a false statement is submitted, the offer of employment may be cancelled.
Those who cannot apply
- A person who does not have Japanese nationality
- Persons who are not eligible to become a national government officer under Section 38 of the national government officer Act.
- A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment or a severer punishment and who has not yet completed the execution of the sentence or to whom the sentence still applies
- A person who has been subject to disciplinary dismissal and for whom two years have yet to elapse from the date of such disposition
- A person who, on or after the day on which the Constitution of Japan came into effect, formed or became a member of a political party or any other organization which advocated the overthrow by force of the Constitution of Japan or the Government established thereunder;
- Persons who have been declared quasi-incompetent pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code prior to revision in 1999 (excluding those due to diminished capacity)
- Persons who fall under the retirement age prescribed in Article 81-6 of the national government officer Metropolitan Law (retirement due to retirement age) by the scheduled time of employment (the retirement age in the 2026 academic year is 62 years old)
Salaries and allowances
- Monthly salary amount: The amount shall be determined in consideration of the balance with the monthly salary amount received by employees hired through the national government officer General Service Examination (university graduate) or the national government officer Level II Examination who have the same number of years of experience as that of the employee to be hired.
- Various allowances: Dependent allowances, housing allowances, commuting allowances, overtime allowances, term-end / diligence allowances (bonuses), allowance for employees on unaccompanied postings, etc., which are paid according to the actual situation of employees.

Working hours and vacation time
- Working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes per day / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in principle
- Annual leave: 20 days per year (15 days for the first year of employment on April 1. The remaining days can be carried over, up to 20 days)
- Other leave: Sick leave, special leave (summer, marriage, childbirth, bereavement, volunteer work, etc.), family care leave, etc.
- Childcare support: Childcare leave and other work-life balance support systems are available

In fiscal 2026, we plan to hold the first and second environmental audits.
