Overview
In order to create environments in which everyone can enjoy the convenience of the digital society, we have linked up with projects and initiatives already being undertaken by the national government, local governments, and various organizations for people who are not familiar with digital devices and services. We have positioned the people involved in these projects and initiatives as digital supporters or Digital Promotion Promoters across the board, with the aim of developing a broad national movement in fiscal 2022.
In the future, we aim to make the convenience of various initiatives, including the utilization of My Number Card, known to the public and spread them widely.
About digital supporters
Digital supporters is a person who teaches people who are not familiar with digital devices and services about the following matters or supports their use.
What digital supporters teaches and supports
- How to use My Number Card and Mynaportal
- How to use digital services implemented in each region
- How to use digital devices and services
Offering target and requirements
Any of the following:
- Persons who implement initiatives to teach how to use digital devices and services as well as initiatives to support their utilization in projects implemented by the national government as shown in the application guidelines (Appendix 1).
- Persons who belong to any of the organizations, etc. listed in the application guidelines (Appendix 2) and who, in addition to matters 1 that are taught and supported by digital supporters, teach or support the use of matters 2 and 3 on a voluntary basis, and who have viewed content such as videos specified by Digital Agency.
- Those who conduct activities in projects implemented or cooperated by local governments and voluntarily teach or support the use of matters 2 and 3 in addition to matters taught and supported by digital supporters 1.
- Other persons approved by Digital Agency as necessary.
Activities that require
It is expected that they will work on national projects that meet the requirements for digital supporters applications and teaching initiatives that have been active in the area.
What is the Digital Promotion Staff?
It is a person who informs people who are not familiar with digital devices and services around them by widely calling for participation in training sessions, etc.
Offering target and requirements
- Members of the organizations listed in the application guidelines (Appendix 2) who are willing to call for participation in local training sessions and seminars related to digital supporters.
- Other persons approved by Digital Agency as necessary.
Activities that require
It is expected that people who are not good at digital will be encouraged to participate in lectures and seminars held in the community so that they will not be left behind.
When I was appointed digital supporters
Grant of an open badge
Digital supporters, etc. will grant an open badge (electronic image badge) from Digital Agency. The granted open badge can be used on your business cards, social media, etc.
Digital supporters Portal
From the digital supporters portal, you can view the letter of appointment (PDF), register and confirm the status of activities, and check notifications from Digital Agency.
Digital supporters Submission
Application Guidelines, and if you belong to any of the organizations listed in Appendix 2 of the application guidelines, please apply from the form below.
Please note that the application method and documents to be submitted to prove affiliation will differ depending on the organization to which you belong. If you wish to apply, please contact the Digital Agency digital supporters Support Center (outsourcing) in advance.
