Horizontal development of the results of the identification of analog regulations by local governments
Business Overview
The purpose of this project is to reduce the burden of "identifying the provisions that may fall under the analog regulations" (hereinafter simply referred to as "identification") by keyword search from the review of analog regulations that is in charge of the provisions that may fall under the analog regulations (hereinafter simply referred to as "identification"), which has been requested by local governments to strengthen their support, among the work that local governments in the ordinance should work on. It is also to spread the specific results of the study to contribute to the review work of local governments nationwide.
In implementing the project, we first identified the business operators procured by Digital Agency and prepared a list of the identified results.
Subsequently, in the target organizations corresponding to the public call of Digital Agency, contractors checked the description contents such as the base laws and regulations for the provisions that could fall under the Analog Regulations listed, and judged whether or not each provision was applicable to the Analog Regulations. For the provisions that were judged to fall under the Analog Regulations, they examined the "Review of Regulations" column in the list, and compiled the results in a format equivalent to the national schedule.
The compiled results will be published on the websites managed and operated by the target organizations and will be shared as follows.
