Minister Furukawa attended the BPR Advisor Liaison Conference
Digital Agency commissions national and local government officials, including former officials, with extensive experience promoting digital transformation at municipal service counters to serve as advisors. The Agency dispatches these advisors to municipalities that request assistance, sharing practical know-how to help them take the first steps toward independently implementing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) at their service counters. As part of this initiative, the Agency holds the BPR Advisor Liaison Conference, where advisors share knowledge gained and challenges encountered through their support for municipalities and discuss more effective ways to provide assistance.
