About the app for reading the IC chip in My Number Card
The university's school festival is a place where visitors under the age of 20 and those over the age of 20 coexist. Until now, the student staff responsible for managing the festival have been burdened with verifying ages by visually checking identity verification documents.

Flow of age confirmation

The only information checked at the app for reading the IC chip in My Number Card is "whether you are over 20 years old or under 20 years old." You can receive age verification without giving personal information that is not necessary for age verification, such as your name and address, or even your actual age to the student staff.

"My Number Card on iPhone" is a My Number Card that can be added to iPhones (Apple Wallet) and used. You can easily and safely use administrative services such as logging in to MynaApp, using it as a My Number Card as the Health Insurance Certificate at hospitals, and obtaining certificates at convenience stores.
If you add your My Number Card to your iPhone before going out, you can confirm your age only with your smartphone without taking your My Number Card out of your wallet at the school festival of the applicable university.
