The Digital Reform Co-Creation Platform was created to facilitate open and constructive exchange between local and national governments officials. As part of its initiatives, we have launched an Ambassador Program.

Overview
The Co-Creation Platform is a direct and interactive communication platform utilizing the business communication tool Slack. This platform is accessible to all local and national government officials promoting active and daily exchanges of information. By fostering seamless collaboration between local and national governments, it plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital policies, including the digital transformation of administrative procedures.
Moreover, the platform serves as a valuable space for local governments to share expertise and practical solutions, helping to address the operational challenges they face.
To further strengthen communication between local and national governments officials, as well as among local governments themselves, a dedicated Ambassador Program has been established to promote the platform to local governments that are not yet participating. The program appoints local government officials who are proactively contributing to and leading the digital transformation in their regions as ambassadors. We do not set limitations on the number of ambassadors, and appointments are reviewed and renewed on a regular basis. Launched in 2024, the program welcomed 12 new ambassadors in 2025, with a formal inauguration ceremony held on July 7.
Together with our ambassadors, we will continue to promote the active use of theCo-Creation Platform by local governments nationwide, fostering enhanced information sharing and collaboration to accelerate digital transformation across all levels of local administration.
