Overview

The Co-Creation Platform is a direct and interactive communication platform utilizing the business communication tool Slack. This platform is accessible to all local and national government officials promoting active and daily exchanges of information. By fostering seamless collaboration between local and national governments, it plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital policies, including the digital transformation of administrative procedures.

Additionally, the platform supports local governments in addressing operational challenges by sharing expertise and practical solutions, helping spread effective local government practices.

To further strengthen communication both between local and national governments, and among local governments themselves, a dedicated Ambassador Program has been launched to promote the platform to local governments not yet participating. The program appoints local government officials who are proactively contributing to and leading digital transformation in their regions as ambassadors. There is no fixed number of ambassadors and appointments are reviewed and renewed on a regular basis. The program launched in 2024 with the appointment of 15 ambassadors, and the Ambassador Inauguration Ceremony was held on July 8.

Together with our ambassadors, we will continue to promote the active use of the Co-Creation Platform by local governments nationwide, fostering enhanced information sharing and collaboration to accelerate digital transformation across all levels of local administration.
