1. System in Digital Agency
- July 28, 2026 (Tue) 18:20 Digital Agency disaster response Head Office was established
2. System Operation Status
July 28, 2026 (Tue) 23:00 Except for some GSS (Government Solution Service *) sites in the affected areas, the government information systems under the jurisdiction of Digital Agency were confirmed to be operating normally.

3. Dispatch of D-CERT
July 29, 2026 (Wed) Based on the needs of the disaster area, we will propose a digital support menu that is considered necessary for disaster response and embody the support contents. In order for the disaster response of the disaster area to proceed smoothly, we will dispatch two Digital Agency staff and three private sector to the Kumamoto Prefectural Government as a advance team of Digital Assistance Team for Disaster Response, (D-CERT).
4. Provision of Government AI GENAI
July 29, 2026 (Wed) Government AI GENAI will be temporarily provided to disaster-stricken local governments, related local governments, disaster response organizations, etc. so that disaster-stricken local governments, etc. can collect, organize, and share disaster-related information using AI.
