G7
The G7 (the Group of Seven) is an international forum comprising Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the US. In addition, the EU is represented at all Summit and Ministerial meetings.
In 2023, Japan will host the G7 meetings and the G7 Digital and Tech Ministers’ Meeting will be held in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture on April 29 and April 30.
(The Digital Agency has been participating in the G7 process since 2022.)
G20
The G20 is an international forum comprising 19 countries and the EU. The 19 countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and the US.
In 2023, India will host the G20 meetings, and the G20 Digital Economy Ministers’ meeting will be held in Bengaluru on August 19.
(The Digital Agency has been participating in the G7 process since 2022.)
