The City of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has requested Prefectural Boards of Education, etc. to further promote initiatives that contribute to improving the convenience of applicants and reducing the burden on implementers and faculty and staff, such as the use of digital technology in the administrative procedures for high school student selection (hereinafter referred to as "High School Entrance Examination Administrative Procedures"), in accordance with the actual circumstances of each Prefectural Board of Education, etc., with due consideration to the premise that applicants will not be disadvantaged.
Digital Agency is working to clarify methods for the digital completion of procedures for various documents required for administrative procedures for high school entrance examinations, which are currently prepared and submitted in paper form in many prefectures, through research and demonstration.
