In fiscal 2026, regular employees (university graduate level) visited government offices.
Visits to government offices (employment interviews) will be conducted for those who have passed the first stage of the 2026 national government officer General Service Examination (university graduate level examination). Visits to government offices are a process for obtaining an informal job offer from a desired ministry or agency, so please be sure to come.
Those who have passed the final round of the Examination for General Service (university graduate level) for national government officer in fiscal 2023, 2024, and 2025 may also visit the government office.
Reservations are required in order to participate in the Digital Agency visit. For information on how to make reservations, please see "4. Visiting Reservations Reservations".

1. Schedule
- Visit to government offices: From Thursday, July 2 to Tuesday, July 7, 2026 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
- Unofficial lifting of the ban: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 after 9:00

2. Eligible Persons
- Persons who passed the first stage of the Examination for General Service (university graduate level) for national government officer in the 2026 academic year
- Final pass of the Examination for General Service (university graduate level) for national government officer since 2023
In Digital Agency, all examination categories including the liberal arts category are subject to recruitment.

3. Implementation Method
In principle, it will be conducted face-to-face.
However, for those who find it difficult to participate in-person due to circumstances, we will conduct the event online, but we recommend face-to-face participation whenever possible.

- The meeting will be held at the Digital Agency Office (Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).
- If conducted online
- Microsoft Teams will be used. Visitors are requested to provide their own terminals and communication environment.
- We will contact visitors separately with Teams meeting information to use when visiting government offices.
4. Visiting Reservations
To participate in the visit to the government office, you need to make a reservation.

- Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to Monday, June 29, 2019 at 15:00 p.m.

How to make a reservation
After the reception starts, please fill out the necessary information on the reservation form, fill out and attach the entry sheet, and submit it. The reservation form will be posted on this page on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
