New Ways to Submit Corporate Information (Certified Cloud Submission)
Digital Agency is promoting the online digitalisation of social insurance and tax procedures, and as part of this, is introducing a "new method of submitting corporate information" (certified cloud submission).
Overview
The "New Method of Submitting Information Held by Companies" (certified cloud submission) is a mechanism in which companies store data such as statutory records in a cloud service and administrative agencies refer to that data when necessary. It aims to reduce the burden on companies, reduce document storage costs for administrative agencies, reduce duplicate management of data, and promote shared use.
The service started with payment records submitted by financial institutions to the District Director of the Tax Office in January 2022. Since January 2023, recipients of payments submitted via the cloud have been able to automatically enter the relevant information on their income taxes returns via Mynaportal.
Applicable Procedures

For businesses considering the construction
To use the cloud submission system, you must build a cloud system that meets the requirements and undergo the prescribed screening and certification.
At present, the procedure for submitting a statutory report related to national tax is subject to it, and the constructed cloud service must be certified by the Director-General of National Tax Agency.
