What is an Electromagnetic Record in Lieu of a Card (Attribute Certification Function)?
Information specified by the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures", which consists of information recorded in the My Number Card, such as name, address, date of birth, etc., and information to prove to the other party that the information is authentic and belongs to the sender.
By storing it in your smartphone and sending that information to the other party, you can prove your identity with just your smartphone.

- Make initial application and obtain information disclosure application form

- After filling out an information disclosure application form, apply for information disclosure to obtain specifications and other information necessary for development.
- Information Disclosure Application: application forms
- Development was performed with reference to the specifications. Upon completion of development, an application for access to the verification environment was submitted.
- Verification Environment Access Application: application forms
- Conduct system testing in the verification environment and submit a service commencement application upon completion
- Service Start Application: Various application forms
- Service begins upon receipt of a letter of acceptance from Digital Agency
