What is Electromagnetic Records in Place of Cards (Attribute Certification Function)
Information specified by "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures," which is composed of information recorded in the My Number Card such as name, address, date of birth, etc., and information to prove to the sender that the information is authentic and belongs to the sender.
By storing it in your smartphone and sending the information to the other party, you can prove your attributes only with your smartphone.

Procedure Flow (Overview)

- Inquiry about the procedure Send an e-mail to the address in and obtain the information disclosure application form
- Fill out the necessary information in the obtained information disclosure application form, apply for it, and obtain the specifications necessary for development.
- Development was conducted with reference to specifications. Application for access to verification environment was submitted after development was completed.
- Test the system in a validation environment and submit a go-live request upon completion
- Commencement of service upon receipt of a letter of acceptance from Digital Agency

- After conducting tests in verification environments, apply to Digital Agency for certification tests to obtain ministerial certification
