Co-Creation PF Camp in Digital Agency - AI utilization for local government work - was held.

Digital Agency operates the communication platform "Digital Reform Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform" (hereinafter referred to as "Co-Creation PF"), in which any employees of local governments and government agencies can participate. One of these initiatives is the "Co-Creation PF Camp," a study group where local government employees can learn from each other, held in various parts of Japan, with the aim of promoting the sharing of local government examples and knowledge and further enhancing its function as a learning community.
Overview
In June 2025, the "Co-Creation PF Camp in Digital Agency - AI Utilization of Local Government Work -" was held in Digital Agency for employees of local governments. A total of 26 local governments participated. This time, as the local government utilization of AI work, we were able to deepen discussions on the future work flow of local governments utilizing AI and image more practical solutions. We also held a workshop to make more use of co-creation PF.

Program of the day
- Explanation of co-creation PF and utilization workshop (lecture, group work format)
From Digital Agency, we explained how to utilize co-creation PF, and held a workshop in a group format where participants could experience co-creation PF by actually posting on the co-creation PF channel. - Explanation and demonstration of development patterns prepared in advance by organizations and companies that participated as AI experts (lecture format)
Based on the issues answered by the participants in advance and the work they wanted to solve with AI, they brought services and mockups that would contribute to the efficiency of local government work and held demonstrations. - Local government participants conduct Q & A and project consultation at each table and complete worksheets (hands-on, individual work format).
After receiving explanations and demonstrations, participants were divided into booths at each company to learn more detailed explanations, questions and answers, and how to operate the demonstration screen. They also prepared worksheets for actual use. - Worksheet Presentation (Presentation Format)

Summary of this study meeting
At the workshop, there were many questions and a lively exchange of opinions. In addition, participants said, "I was able to see the image of utilization by actually watching the demonstration of each company," and "I had trouble finding ideas for utilization, but it was very helpful to hear the presentations of other local governments."
