1. Overview
Digital Agency, in cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies, revised the Educational Data Utilization Roadmap published in January 2022 (Reference: , which formulated the Educational Data Utilization Roadmap) based on changes in the situation, and formulated a new "Educational Digital Transformation Roadmap." 2022
At the time of the revision, while inheriting the mission of the previous roadmap, "A society where anyone can learn in their own way, anytime, from anywhere, with anyone," we organized our efforts from the following five perspectives under the vision of "All resources for those who learn."
- Reducing the burden on teachers by digitalisation
- Development of learning environments for diverse learning
- Enhancing Learner's Self-Understanding and Teacher's Perception with Data
- Development of an environment in which learning data can be utilized throughout life
- Use of educational data for research purposes that also contribute to educational policy and practice
In addition, during the period from May 15 (Thu.) to May 28 (Wed.), 2025 (2025), we invited comments from the general public. (Reference: We will invite comments on the Educational Digital Transformation Roadmap (draft), )
After that, the contents were organized based on the opinions received and the exchange of opinions with experts, and the roadmap was compiled together with the relevant ministries and agencies.
In the future, we plan to steadily promote the measures in cooperation with various related parties and flexibly review them in light of changes in the situation.
