For the design and development of the standard electronic medical record introduction version, the members of the Product Working Group (hereinafter referred to as "PWG") for fiscal 2026 were decided in early June, a pre-kickoff was held on Wednesday, June 3, and activities for this fiscal year began.

About PWG

In the PWG, private companies and businesses that are enthusiastic about medical DX and the transformation of medical information systems will participate in the development while hearing opinions on the technical specifications of the standard electronic medical record. Specifically, we will ask for support in the design, development, and trial stages, taking the following points into consideration.

• Aim for a function or UX in which the users of the provided medical institutions can smoothly carry out their work (prescription, examination, issuance of patient referral document, etc.)
• Ability to link with compatible systems (medical DX, receipt computers, outsourced testing, etc.) in consideration of operational and system aspects
• Both medical institutions and providers should be able to promote and work efficiently in the introduction, operation and maintenance.
