Who can participate?
Anyone can participate as long as they are employees of local governments (including "wide area federations, partial administrative associations, etc." with a national local government code) or government agencies.
Many people who belong to departments that implement DX other than the Information Systems Department and the DX Promotion Department participate.
Items required for registration
- Your organization's e-mail address that can receive e-mail from the Internet

Usage Rules
Please read this before applying for registration.
1. Rules for Use
When using the Digital Reform Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform, we have established rules for use in order to make it a place where anyone can freely post issues and ideas and exchange opinions through flat communication between local government officials and government agency officials.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the rules on use so that users can use Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform comfortably.
1.1 Terms of Use (Excerpt)
- Users should securely manage and store their IDs, passwords and other information related to their accounts.
- If you do not log in for a certain period of time or if we cannot contact you, we may delete your account.
- Please do not take other people's ideas or contributions and post them on other SNS, etc., or engage in slander or spam activities.
- Please do not engage in any behavior that significantly deviates from rules and manners, such as slander and spam.
- If you find a prohibited matter, we may ask you to delete or withdraw your comment without the permission of the speaker.
1.2 Code of Conduct (Excerpt)
- Unless a position is clearly stated (except for the display of a name), a post shall be treated as an individual opinion. As a general rule, an opinion representing an organization shall not be treated as an opinion. Examples of posting of an opinion representing an organization include the case where an introduction of a person in charge is followed by "This is ○ ○ of the organization name ○ ○ group," or the case where a reply is made to an inquiry regarding an organization. However, since co-creation PF is not an official response route as an organization, please use an official route separately when requesting an official response.
- When commenting on other users' posts, be careful not to go into denial. You may come across ideas and opinions that differ from your own. When you do, try to acknowledge the differences.
- Instead of DMs, we recommend conversations within the channel. By talking openly, other members will know the information and it will lead to a big hint.
- In order to create a forum for free and open-minded discussion, please post positive messages regardless of your organization, position, etc.
1.3 Handling of Information (Excerpt from Terms of Use)
- Please refrain from disclosing the information obtained in Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform except for the purpose of using it for your work within your organization.
- Please obtain permission from the speaker if you wish to reprint it on social media, etc.
- Please pay attention to the following when handling personal information and highly confidential information and materials.
- "Confidentiality class-3 information" cannot be handled by .
- When handling "Confidentiality class-2 information," it is requested that the prior consent of the administrative agency to which the belongs be obtained.

*The classifications of "Confidentiality 1" information, "Confidentiality 2" information, and "Confidentiality 3" information shall be determined based on the classifications of confidentiality set forth in the "Guidelines for the Establishment of Standards for Measures for Government Organizations, etc." by the National Center of Incident readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity Cabinet Secretariat for information held by national government administrative organs, incorporated administrative agencies, and designated corporations (hereinafter referred to as "Government Organizations, etc."), and based on the classifications of confidentiality exemplified in the "Guidelines for Information Security Policies for Local Governments" specified by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications for information held by local governments other than government organizations, etc. and other organizations, groups, or individuals (any of the guidelines shall be determined by using the latest version, and the classification may change depending on the revision of the guidelines; hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Security Guidelines"). However, the classification of information in this Service shall be determined by Digital Agency's judgment.
How to apply
Please apply through the Digital Reform Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform Invitation Application Form . Please apply at the email address of your affiliated organization that can receive emails from the Internet ("lg. jp", "regional JP domain", etc. for local governments and "go. jp" for government institutions).
*It will take one to three business days from the time of this application to the arrival of the invitation e-mail.
*The invitation e-mail will be sent from the system administrator (digital. go. jp domain e-mail). If you do not receive the invitation e-mail after waiting for about a week, it may be because you are not set up to receive e-mail from the Internet. Please check with the network administrator of each organization.
*If the email address is not the email address of the domain of the organization to which you belong, the secretariat will confirm your affiliation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if we determine that you do not meet the requirements for participation.
