It is a corporation that issues My Number Card and maintains and operates various systems that support My Number System. In addition to supporting the foundation of My Number System, it also supports the promotion of informatization by local governments.

Main Objectives and Projects
- Perform administrative affairs pursuant to the provisions of the Residential Basic Book Act, the Act on the Certification Business of Local Public Entities Pertaining to Electronic Signatures, and Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures.
- Perform administrative work related to local government information systems on behalf of local governments, and provide support to local governments related to their information systems.
