Definition of data and figures for each policy
General
Daily Values
The average number of applications and registrations per day is calculated as a reference value for the dissemination of each policy.
This is the sum over a period of time, divided by the number of days in that period.
For example, regarding the number of applications in My Number Card, the monthly dashboard calculates "the average number of applications per day in the latest month."
This is the total claims for the most recent month divided by the number of days in that month (e.g. 31 days if it is January).
Cumulative total
Cumulative values are calculated as a reference for the degree of dissemination of each policy.
It is the cumulative value of applications, holdings, registrations, etc. up to the date listed on the dashboard. The number of holdings and registrations is the number of valid holdings and registrations, including the decrease due to the death, loss, or return of the holder.
Aggregation period (monthly)
Monthly totals, such as the number of applications, increase in holdings, and number of issues, are calculated as a reference for policy progress within a given period.
Monthly figures are totaled starting at the beginning of each month and ending at the end of each month.
