The following is hereby announced as a Call for Applications.

1. Overview

  • Call for Applications: Digital Marketplace (DMP) Catalog Site for Fiscal Year 2026
  • Contract period: From the date of the contract to March 31, 2027

2. Qualifications required for Applications

  1. The applicant does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting.
    However, this does not apply to minors, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance who has obtained necessary consent to conclude a contract.
  2. The applicant does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting.
    The applicant must be a person who has competitive participation eligibility, having been classified as Grade A, B, C, or D in “Sales of Goods” and “Provision of Services” under the All-Ministry Standard Qualifications for FY2025/2026/2027. (However, for manufacturing operators that do not conduct direct sales, it shall be sufficient to hold any qualification that includes “Manufacture of Goods.”)
  3. The applicant must not fall under any category of antisocial forces.
  4. The applicant must have read, understood, and agreed to the Call for Applications Guidelines and the terms of the Basic Contract.
  5. The applicant must possess either a gBizID Prime account or Member account.

3. Call for Application Guidelines

Applicants wishing to apply shall download the following related documents and review the contents to confirm whether you are qualified to apply. If you meet all the requirements, log in to the official DMP website (Japanese text) to submit an application.

4. Application Period

  • Period(*): From Monday, February 2, 2026 to Friday, February 26, 2027.
  • Submit to: Official DMP Website (Japanese text)

(*)Please note that applications will be accessible from around 12:00 p.m. (Japan time) on Monday, February 2.
The registration on the DMP Catalog Site will be available only after the conclusion of the Basic Contract. Applicants are therefore advised to submit their applications well in advance, taking into account the time required for selection processes conducted by administrative agencies through the Catalog Site for the purpose of concluding individual contracts.
However, please note that if a Basic Contract for FY2025 has not been concluded, the conclusion of a Basic Contract for FY2026 will be possible on or after April 1, 2026.

5. Method of Contractor Selection

Among the applicants, contracts will be concluded with all applicants who meet the conditions set forth in the Call for Application Guidelines (Section 3).

6. Invalidity of Application Documents

Applications submitted by persons who do not meet the required qualifications required to participate in the Call for Applications as stipulated in this Notice shall be deemed invalid.
