1. Matters to be attached to the public call
- Subject: Providing an online payment service related to a system for linking and utilizing national qualification information (FY 2026)
- Term of Agreement: From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
2. Qualifications Required for public call Participants
- A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Ordinance on Budget, Settlement of Accounts and Accounting;
Provided that this shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship or an person under assistance who has obtained the necessary consent for the conclusion of the contract. - A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budget, Settlement of Accounts and Accounting;
- It is not during the period of suspension from designation based on the guidelines for measures such as suspension from designation related to contracts for articles, etc. at Digital Agency or other government ministries and agencies.
- A person who is qualified to participate in competition rated A, B or C in "Provision of Services, etc." under the unified qualification for all ministries and agencies in FY 2025, August and September.
If you do not have the unified qualifications for all ministries and agencies, you shall apply for the qualifications through the Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) . If you have any questions, contact the Contract Team in charge of Digital Agency Accounting. (* To be obtained by the time of concluding the contract.) - The person does not fall under the category of a person subject to organized crime group elimination;
- An entity (including an entity excluded from the application of bidding restrictions) shall not be designated as a company subject to bidding restrictions based on the Regulations concerning Restrictions on Bidding, etc. in Digital Agency (revised by Director in charge of accounting on March 9, 2022). (* The application of these Regulations shall apply to procurement projects with an expected price of 100,000 SDR or more.)
- A person who satisfies the conditions listed in the application guidelines and written specifications;
