  1. Subject: Provision of Cloud Services for the Development of the Government Cloud in Digital Agency - Applications for 2026 - (hereinafter referred to as "Procurement")

The contract period for the procurement in question for parties other than those mentioned above shall be from the day for conclusion of a contract until March 31, 2027.

2. Qualifications Required for Participants in the Public Offering

  1. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Ordinance on Budget, Settlement of Accounts and Accounting;
    Provided that this shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship or an person under assistance who has obtained the necessary consent for the conclusion of the contract.
