Answer based on the grey zone elimination system

Based on the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, the "Grey Zone Elimination System" is a system that allows businesses to confirm in advance whether or not regulations are applicable in line with a concrete business plan, so that businesses can engage in new business activities with peace of mind, even if the scope of application of the current regulations is unclear.
This section describes the electronic contract services that fall under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act in response to inquiries in the framework of the grey zone elimination program.
