1. Purpose, Purpose and Background of the Solicitation of Opinions
Based on Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Standardization of Information Systems for Local Governments (Act No. 40 of 2021, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), Digital Agency is considering establishing an order to establish common standards for each local government information system regarding the matters listed in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Item 3 (a) to (d) of the Act. Therefore, we would like to receive opinions from a wide range of citizens, and we would like to public call opinions as follows.

- Order to Provide Standards for Ensuring the Interoperability of Terms and Codes Used in Electromagnetic Records and Other Compatibility Pertaining to Local Government Information Systems from among the Standards Common to Each Local Government Information System Prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph (1) of the Act on Standardization of Local Government Information Systems
- Order to Provide Standards Concerning cybersecurity Among the Standards Common to the Information Systems of Local Governments Prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph (1) of the Act on Standardization of Local Government Information Systems
- Order to Provide Regional Standards Which May Be Implemented in All Local Government Information Systems from among the Standards Common to Respective Local Government Information Systems as Prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph (1) of the Act on Standardization of Local Government Information Systems function

4. Method and Location of Opinion Submission
Please submit your comments using the Public Comment Form at the e-Gov.

- Enter your postal code, name, address (in the case of a corporation or an organization, its name, the name of its representative, and the address of its principal office), and contact information (telephone number or e-mail address) in the "Public Comments: Entering Opinions" section, and submit it by the deadline for submitting opinions.

- In addition to the submitted opinions, the name of the person submitting the opinion (in the case of a corporation or an organization, only the name of the corporation or organization and the name of its representative, not the name of the individual submitting the opinion) may be made public. In the case of a corporation or an organization, if the name of the corporation or organization and the name of its representative wish to remain anonymous, please state so (the name of the contact person will not be made public).
- Please note that we do not respond to individual opinions.
- Opinions submitted after the end of the period for submission of opinions and opinions other than those on the draft order, etc. subject to the public comment will not be treated as submitted opinions.
