Digital Agency aims to develop data governance guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines").
Therefore, the Government of Japan would like to hear the opinions of a wide range of people on the draft Guidelines, and will solicit their opinions in the following manner.

4. Method and Place of Submission of Opinions
Please fill in the postal code, name and address (in the case of a corporation or organization, its name, the name of its representative, and the location of its principal office), and contact information (telephone numbers or e-mail addresses) on the opinion submission form of " e-Gov ," a comprehensive e-government counter, and submit it by the deadline for submission of opinions.

- Please be sure to write your submitted comments in Japanese.
- Immediately before the application deadline, there is a possibility that problems such as temporary connection failures due to access concentration may occur. Therefore, please submit your opinions well before the deadline. As a general rule, we do not allow the submission of opinions after the acceptance period for any reason (excluding cases where there are obvious factors on the e-Gov side, such as large-scale system failures).

- The submitted opinions will be posted on the e-Gov ernment Information Desk ( e-Gov ) and will be distributed or made available for viewing in Digital Agency.
- Your name (in the case of a corporation or organization, its name and the name of its representative and contact person), address (location), telephone number, and e-mail address will be used for communication and confirmation in the event that there is anything unclear in the submitted opinion.
- In addition, along with the submitted opinion, the name of the person who submitted the opinion (in the case of a corporation or organization, limited to its name and the name of its representative, but not including the name of the person who submitted the opinion as an individual) may be announced. In the case of a corporation or organization, if you wish to remain anonymous, please indicate this (the name of the person in charge of communication will not be announced).
- Please note that we are unable to provide individual responses to your comments.
- Opinions submitted after the end of the opinion submission period and opinions other than the draft of the order, etc. subject to the opinion solicitation will not be treated as submitted opinions.
- The submitted opinions may be summarized and announced as necessary when the results are announced. In this case, please note that the submitted opinions will be posted at the contact point and will be made available for viewing.
- Please note that if there is a risk that the interests of a third party will be harmed by making the submitted opinion public, or if there are other justifiable grounds, the submitted opinion may be made public except for all or part of the submitted opinion.
