In Digital Agency, we are considering a partial revision of the Order on the Provision, etc. of Individual Numbers, Individual Number Cards, and Specific Personal Information as well as the Technical Standards for Individual Number Cards, etc. stipulated by Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures. Therefore, we would like to receive opinions from a wide range of citizens, and we will make a public call of opinions as follows.

• The name of the person who submitted the opinion (in the case of a corporation or organization, limited to its name and the name of its representative, not including the name of the individual who submitted the opinion) may be made public together with the submitted opinion. In the case of a corporation or organization, please enter its name and the name of its representative if it wishes to be anonymous (the name of the person in charge of contact will not be disclosed).
• Please note that we are unable to provide individual responses to opinions.
• Opinions submitted after the end of the period for submission of opinions and opinions on orders, etc. other than those for which opinions are solicited shall not be treated as submitted opinions.
