Mynaportal has released a feature that allows online submission of birth certificates

With the revision of the Ministerial Ordinance of Ministry of Justice, it is now possible to submit a birth certificate online without the electronic signature of a doctor, etc., attached to the birth notification.
Birth notifications and birth certificates must be submitted to the municipality within 14 days of the date of birth. However, with the use of the Mynaportal, users will be able to submit birth notifications online from their smartphones, etc. without having to bring the documents to the municipal office immediately after birth.
However, please note that for online submission, the municipality of the registered domicile of the parent of the born child must support online submission.

Each municipality can support online submission by registering with Mynaportal. You can easily start the service by using the notification form prepared in advance by Digital Agency, so please make active use of it.
