Co-Creation PF Camp in Okinawa - Window BPR Edition - was held.

Digital Agency operates the " Digital Reform Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform " (hereinafter referred to as "Co-Creation PF"), a communication platform that can be participated in by any employees of local governments and government agencies. As one of the initiatives, we are holding "Co-Creation PF Camps", study meetings where local government employees can learn together, throughout Japan, with the aim of encouraging the sharing of local government cases and knowledge and enhancing the function as a learning community.
Overview
In February 2025, we held a two day "Co-Creation PF Camp in Okinawa-Window BPR Version" for employees of local governments in the Kyushu-Okinawa region. A total of 26 local governments participated. This time, as a window BPR version, we received explanations on the points of introduction in BPR Advisor, as well as lectures on digital human resource development, data utilization, and revising analog regulations.

Program of the day
- Co-Creation PF Explanation and Utilization Workshop (lecture, group work format)
Digital Agency explained how to use the co-creation PF, and we held a workshop in a group format in which participants could experience the co-creation PF, such as by actually posting on the co-creation PF Slack channel. - Points and Tips for Introducing Window BPR (Lectures, Group Work Format)
We explained the concept of window BPR and worked as a group to come up with actual improvement proposals. - Digital Human Resource Development (Lecture Format)
A lecture on digital human resource development was given by an official of an advanced local government. - Data Analysis and Utilization (Discussion Format)
Data utilization methods were explained, including a case study of data analysis from multiple municipalities in Okinawa Prefecture. - Introduction of revising analog regulations from Digital Agency (lecture format) * Only materials are distributed for Nago City

Summary of this study session
Many questions were asked and opinions were actively exchanged during the study session, and participants commented that they saw a clue to solving a problem they were having with their work.
