- We will solicit opinions on the "Draft Order Partially Amending the Order Providing for Administrative Affairs Specified by Ordinance of the Competent Ministry of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures Appended Table and the Order Concerning the Provision of Use-Specific Personal Information Based on Article 19, Item (viii) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures".
Application period: From February 16, 2026 (Monday) to March 17, 2026 (Tuesday) - Opinions will be invited on the draft Administrative Order, etc. that specifies standards common to local government information systems as prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Act on Standardization of Local Government Information Systems, which are standards for ensuring the interoperability of terms and codes used in electronic or magnetic records and other standards for ensuring the compatibility of local government information systems.
