1. General
The dashboard is created based on the results of a special survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding the results of the revision of medical fees (survey of the implementation status of refill prescriptions).
2. Cognitive status of the patient
Figures are the sum of responses to the patient survey (mailed survey) and patient survey (Internet survey).
2.1 [Acknowledge] Know the refill prescription system
Percentage of those who answered "1. Knew the details of the system" or "2. Only knew the name" to the question "Did you know about refill prescriptions?"
2.2 [Intention] Use of a refill prescription if symptoms are stable
Percentage of those who answered "1. Would like to use" or "2. Would rather use" to the question, "Would you like to use a refill prescription if your symptoms are stable in the future?"
2.3 [Opportunity] Received an explanation from a physician about a refill prescription
Percentage of those who answered "1. Yes" to the question, "Have you ever received an explanation about refill prescriptions from a doctor?"

3. Recognition status of physicians
Calculated by aggregating responses to the Hospital and Clinic Survey.
*Excluding physicians engaged in clinical departments (dermatology, ophthalmology) that exclusively prescribe topical drugs (ointment, eye drops, etc.) for which the prescribed number of units is not a certain number of days, or clinical departments (surgery, radiology, rehabilitation, anesthesiology, emergency room) that exclusively conduct surgery, etc.

Percentage of respondents who answered "1. Know the details of the system" or "2. Know only the name of the system" to the question "Recognition of the refill system."
3.2 [Intention] Have an intention to issue a refill prescription

In this survey, long-term prescriptions were defined as "prescriptions for 28 days or longer (excluding refills)."
